After placing your order please allow 1- 4 days for us to process it, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change depending on the local and international carriers, for which we cannot take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any problems that might occur as best as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.

Orders are sent from Bulgaria (EU) and might be subject to local custom duties and/or taxes depending on your location and the law of your country. These taxes are not included in the final price of the product and we do not take responsibility for the cost of these charges. The product prices shown at our website are final and includes VAT. It does not include possible custom taxes and shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE

CUSTOMS POLICY:

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**

**The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s shipping costs are non-refundable.**

**Once order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order**

LOST PACKAGES  

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.

WRONG ADDRESS/PHONE NUMBER 

If you have entered the wrong shipping address or phone number and the carrier cannot deliver you, you are responsible to contact us as soon as possible to notify us. Please note that if your items are being shipped back to us, you will be in charged of the second shipment. If you do not wish to try to be delivered again, the first shipment will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and packaging.
You may return your items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To return your item, please ship it to:

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. You can simply forward your order confirmation email or tell us your order number at hello@theshadowplus.com

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. The client is responsible for the returned package until it reaches our office safely. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 


LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@theshadowplus.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are available only for orders made in Bulgaria – if you wish to make one – please email us at hello@theshadowplus.com. For the rest of the worlds – we do not offer exchanges at this time. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the item and return your current item for a refund.
